BBC3 launches search for top disabled model

bbc3.jpg BBC3 has unveiled its latest twist on the "top model" format - this time all the hopefuls will have a disability.

In Britain's Missing Top Model", eight women will try to prove to industry experts that they have what it takes to be a mainstream fashion model. BBC3 controller Danny Cohen said: "This series aims to challenge the artificial boundaries that seem to exist in the beauty and fashion industries." The winner gets a photoshoot for a top women's glossy magazine.
