Interview with Bruce Forsyth, 80

Now, I did think about putting up a clip from his birthday celebrations show, but the whole thing was so painfully embarrassing I just couldn't bring myself to (honestly, Liza Minnelli, it's good you're enjoying yourself but seriously...) Instead, let's enjoy Bruce while we still can; here's a nice interview with the Strictly presenter, still sharp as a tack at 80.

Oh and, ignore what he says about OBEs, he really is getting a knighthood now. It's almost cruel, really. The old man should be putting his feet up, not jousting and protecting the realm.

I don't understand. We all thought Liza Minnelli's performance was wonderful. She is over 60 now and she's still as sexy and vocally powerful as she was when she was 20! I wish entertainment journalism didn't always pander to the lowest common denominator.

I think posting clips from the show would have been the lowest thing to do, which is why I posted this Sky News interview instead. Liza Minelli's performance wasn't great, in my opinion, I thought it was inappropriate and didn't do her any favours. Wasn't pandering to anyone, just sharing my own view as I always do here...
