Last year's X Factor winner, Disney character and chart-topping songstress Leona Lewis has revealled she's in the running for the next Bond theme: "If it goes through then I'll hear about it but that would be mega to do that, major." I need to start saying "mega".

Jungle soap star Marc Bannerman's flirting with foxy popstar Cerys Matthews has not gone unnoticed by his girlfriend. On This Morning Sarah Matravers revealled he has a lot of clothes, "so I could be very busy with these scissors for quite some time." I can understand her annoyance, but I'm not sure how stabbing him to death is going to help Marc to reduce his shopping habit.

Not much of a story but the photos are funny: Cowell steps out in high-heeled boots possibly to try to match the height of some ladies he's with. He reckons he's 5'9 but we wonder.

More PETA complaints for the I'm a Celebrity last night, as 20,000 poor defenceless cockroaches find themselves buried in a coffin with Katie Hopkins.

As the coffin tilted upright, she quipped, “At least I’m standing on some of the little sh*ts.” Hilarious.
