Jungle fans - are you totally psyched? For us it all starts at 9pm tonight on ITV1 - but for the slebs the adventure's already well underway. Cerys Matthews and Anna Ryder Richardson dropped in via a 1,000ft bungee jump. The pair were given the "helicopter challenge" as a gentle introduction to their stay in the jungle. Both women were absolute girls about it, of course, but both did it and survived. Get over the 'jump' for more pictures!
