According to The Star, Dannii Minogue has denied rumours that she's dating X Factor contestant Andy Williams, saying they're “completely untrue”.

The show’s boot camp has been rife with whispers that the pair are an item but Dannii insists it's all nonsense and says the 22-year-old is too young for her. A 'friend' told The Star: “Danni thinks Andy is cute and really talented with an amazing voice. But she’s more than a decade older than him and he’s just not what she’s looking for. It would also be a bit unprofessional for her to get involved with a contestant at this stage.” Well, quite. No pics of Andy on the web yet, but I bet they wouldn't be as cute a couple as Dot and Eric!

In other news, pregnant contestant Katie Booth now reckons the judges were right to kick her out of the competition for being five months pregnant. “I sat down and realised they had my best interests at heart and were thinking about my welfare and that of my child. “I’m definitely going to audition next year now I know I can get through to boot camp.” And all was right with the world.
