The Daily Snack (terrible name that) nearly ran the greatest story ever. Charley Uchea was nearly thrown in jail. The moronic BB8 reject asked a policeman: "Is it cos I is black?" after she was pulled over twice. Of course, the peelers aren't lucky enough to escape her gobshitery after she want on a 10-minute foul-mouthed rant. An onlooker said: "She was lucky to escape a night in the cells."

The trouble started when Charley headed to celeb haunt Nu Bar with her sister Jade and best pal Ce Ce. The girls got stopped for the first time after Jade ran a red light at a set of temporary traffic lights outside the bar in Loughton, Essex. They escaped with a warning. Inside the bar, Charley got wrecked on pink champagne and white wine (tacky mare). But it all kicked off when the group left the bar at around 1am.

They’d only gone 50 yards when a police car saw them leaving licensed premises and followed. After a mile it flashed its lights to get them to stop. Charley "exploded with rage" as she tottered out of the car. The onlooker added: "Charley was screaming at the policeman: ‘This is f***ing racist. Every policeman in Loughton is racist. This would not happen where I’m from. It’s a f***ing disgrace. You’re all bastards. We’ve been pulled up twice in two hours. It’s a f***ing joke. We’re never coming back to this s***hole again." Then, the icing on the cake. "Is it cos I is black?"

The onlooker added: "I didn’t know whether to laugh or cringe. She was ranting at this guy for about 10 minutes without pausing for breath." She then tried the classic "Don’t you know who I am?" And when the stunned officer said he’d never heard of her, she replied: "I’m the south London It girl." You can just picture it can't you?

The BB loser’s ranting got so bad she was threatened with a night in the cells. After asking her to calm down twice, he told Charley she’d be nicked if she didn’t stop being aggressive. The onlooker said: "It shut her up a bit." Jade was breathalysed and given the all-clear. But Charley had to have the last word – telling the officer: "Now arrest us or let us go."

I wonder if I'd get the same treatment from a copper if I did all that?
