Short of bringing Diana, the Queen Mother and Princess Margaret back to life for a macabre update of It's A Royal Knockout, it's hard to imagine how the show is going to top scenes of a princess's butler plunging his hand into a mass of squirming beasties and screaming like a schoolgirl.
