Boycott first to be voted out of Hell's Kitchen

rosie.jpg Journo Rosie Boycott is the first trainee chef to be sacked from Marco Pierre White's Hell's Kitchen. Despite being popular with her fellow celeb chefs, viewers voted Boycott out. The former editor of The Independent said she had enjoyed her experience. "I learned to make puddings, be adventurous with food and respect food. Also, I made a whole load of friends." She even managed to be complimentary about her boss: "Marco's a great team leader, he's very inspirational." When presenter Angus Deayton announced her name, she was immediately showered in hugs by the other contestants.

Earlier yesterday former Blue member Lee Ryan quit the show after a tiff with the temperamental head chef. After confronting Marco about using the word 'pikey', the singer stormed out of the kitchen. When Ryan asked him not to use the word again, the chef and Jedi Knight, said: "Now you have challenged me, be very careful."
