Get Them Out: Ziggy
Now, this isn't going to be a witch-hunt: I honestly don't think that Ziggy is a bad person. But let's be honest - the guy's been a complete idiot, and has made some terrible decisions, when it comes to his relationship with Chanelle.
Let's go right back to the beginning - he chased her. I'm sure he'll deny it, but *we* remember that she was quite reluctant to take that step from flirtation to relationship. Of course, as time has gone on, the scales have tipped the other way, and Ziggy has been unable to deal with this change in dynamics. The fact is, he has become less and less enamoured with Chanelle as she has become more so with him, and while this is no-one's fault, he has taken his frustration out on her, which is just plain unfair.
There's guilt on Chanelle's side too, of course: she's a drama queen, immature at times, and we all know she can flip in a moment. But jealousy isn't just her problem. While Chanelle didn't like Ziggy play-fighting with Charley, and became irritatingly insecure the moment Amy entered to house, Ziggy has also become jealous over perceived flirtation with Billi and Liam, so they're pretty much even on this one.
Ziggy's main problem in terms of public perception, of course - and the real reason we should get him out - is that he's been telling Liam, Brian, meddling Carole and BB the problems he has with Chanelle, and yet he's never fully articulated this to Chanelle herself, until it was forced out of him in an argument a few days ago. Now I realise that this has been an attempt to spare her feelings, but in the long run, it has simply left Chanelle confused as to what the problem is - something that isn't helped by the fact that the guy never finishes a sentence.
This relationship isn't fake. They might not love each other, I don't think they do, but the other emotions have been very real, and as such I'd say it's probably been the most fascinating relationship in BB history - and certainly the saddest. It's unfortunate that the two have got to the point where they can't live in the same house, because they're great housemates when they're not dragging each other down. The only good I can see from Chanelle leaving is that it'll take the limelight off Charley. Who'd have though it? Chanelle finally won. [annawaits]
