Another week, another eviction. But look! No Carole! No Tracey! It's all change! Oh wait, no it's not - Charley has somehow managed to avoid being up for eviction again. Is it down to the producers, to Davina, or is it just one of those things?

I have a theory actually. While people who can see the big picture, like Liam, keep voting for her, others who are more short-sighted (or "dumb") just react to whatever has happened that day, and whoever happens to be annoying them at the time. And you can't be knee-jerk about Charley as she's consistently rude and abrasive. Well, that's my theory, anyway.

Now, let's get that liveblog underway. Remember, there's an 'exciting twist' tonight - plus ca change, eh?

8.20 - Who'll take my bet that Davina will *actually explode* with excitement at the thought of a new housemate going in? Bless her.

8.30 - 'One's coming out, but who's going in?' Oh, we're way ahead of ya Davina. But is it *really* necessary to send someone IN??! This is only the fourth eviction! I know a few have walked/been booted out the back door, but there still seems to be loads of them knocking around.

8.33 - Ziggy wants someone older with a bit of class. As opposed as someone younger with very little, then... Ah, how nice to hear Gerry using words comprising more than two syllables.

8.35 - So basically Ziggy wants Chanelle to go so he can be himself. He's a real gent, that guy, isn't he?

8.37 - Laura can't face people who've voted for her and so are being 'two-faced'. Ooooh, don't get me started on that one, I'll give you my 'being nice to people you don't especially like isn't being two-faced' talk at a later date. Haha Laura *really* thinks she's staying, doesn't she?!

8.39 - 'Brian, you're an intelligent guy'. Best. Line. Ever. What do *we* think about the twins, by the way? Can't they be academically clever and a bit naive in other ways? No, apparently that's not possible.

8.47 - Oooh, who else is excited about the Hollyoaks wedding? Er, no, me neither... Ok, the new housemate is a 'sexy brunette'. FACT. Chanelle's getting mild boos, and Laura's getting a mix of cheers and loud boos. Does that make it equal..?

8.50 - Laura's got a pretty high opinion of herself, doesn't she? She really thinks that she has been nominated to get rid of The Competition.

8.52 - They really think that Laura's still a favourite, don't they?

8.54 - Chanelle's scared she'll get booed, and wishes she could keep in touch with the housemates 'on the fish-phone'. She's just classic in the Diary Room, isn't she? That one about getting the 'pointy end of the carrot' was the best.

9.00 - So Paula Abdul's the guest presenter on The Friday Night Project. One to avoid then, really.

9.02 - Ziggy thinks that Chanelle throws hissy fits all the time, and, fair-dos, she does, but he gets annoyed just as quickly, it's just that he reacts by giving her the silent treatment. They deserve each other.

9.08 - I went off Liam for a while, but he talks a hell of a lot of sense, doesn't he?

9.11 - Gerry's standing up to Charley - good luck mate, no-one's won an argument with her yet. He'll earn a lot of Brownie points with the viewers for doing it though. Oh, and what a surprise, Laura's had to stick her oar in as always. She grates on me A LOT.

9.17 - Ooh, Davina says the housemates will say 'G'day' to the newbie - a clue maybe? My money's on Gina G now, I reckon. You know 'ooh ahh just a little bit' girl.

9.18 - Chanelle and Ziggy do nothing but argue now... why do they even consider themselves a couple? *Do* they consider themselves a couple?! Oh now they're snuggling under the covers. Make your minds up, guys.

9.23 - Nicky and Laura are shackled together for talking about nominations. And now they're free again. Hmm, I'm sure they've learnt they're lesson after that terrible punishment.

9.26 - Haha, Laura was shocked by those boos wasn't she??!! Well, she'll have to get used to it quick, cos she's just been evicted.
