Midday update: Lunchtime links

Now for a round up of today's chitter-chatter from around the net.

"Lesley hoped to discover more about Big Brother, packing George Orwell's '1984' into her case"
An interesting article on Channel4.com about what the housemates couldn't take in. What's the big deal with hair straighteners?

"She reminds me a bit of a fish."
Couldn't have said it better, mate. Gerard McGarry at Unrealitytv.co.uk hops aboard the anti-Shabnam bus. That's .co.uk, by the way, not .com. Unless you're a swinger.

"I don't know what went on under the covers, but their friendship is increasingly endearing."
I realise it's a little cheeky linking to your own blog in a links round-up. However, as Available for Panto is a team effort, I thought I'd make you all doubly aware of Yay or Nay Wednesday. This week, Anna Waits asks: Are Gerry and Seány good additions to the house?

"You have to be hired to get fired."
Or so says the recently fired Tre. I know, this isn't about Big Brother, but it's the final of The Apprentice tonight (BBC1, 9pm), and you all should be watching.

See you at 1pm!
