Yep, she's been threatening to leave the Big Brother house for days now, and to be quite honest I thought she was starting to come round to the idea of sticking it out. But no, Lesley's done it, and the house has lost another big character. She left at about 9.10 this morning.

Let's face it, Lesley was one of the strangest inhabitants of any of the Big Brother series. Not affected 'kraziness', but serious eccentricity. My dad (who's very wise, you know), noted that she was like a Greek chorus, constantly commenting on the movements of the house with her bizarre language and allusions that no-one understood. Yes she was very entertaining, but she was also very, very rude - though she seemed to be a positive influence after Emily's departure. How will the house handle things without her? We'll just have to keep watching to find out (that's our excuse for this week...)
