Rumours of Chanelle's past had been floating around the tabloids for a little while, dripping out from sources at a steady pace.

Last night, she confided her past to a shocked Ziggy and Gerry.

"My mum was into drugs — I’m adopted. She was, like, on a massive downward spiral.

"I was born in a prison ‘cos she got locked up for doing drugs, and then she got killed."

Blimey. Feels hard to knock her when you learn something like that. Still, a good advert for social services. Chanelle is, by all accounts, a seemingly lovely person despite what you can safely say was a very troubled life.
