As BB8’s first week progresses, I’m wondering… am I the only person in the UK who doesn’t see the attraction in Ziggy? At ALL? I mean, he’s got curtains. Weren’t they last in fashion in 1994? He contributed some real drivel to the pop charts as a member of Northern Line (see post below). And he’s not even that cute!

Still, it seems like some of this year’s female housemates could do with my perspective. In last night’s show, as Ziggy gradually worked his way through a dinner course with each of his eleven cohabitees, tension grew amongst those waiting outside. Charley didn’t exactly help her popularity with the viewing audience when she came out of the dining room spouting all sorts of lies about how she’d been flirting with BB8’s only male.

What followed was a classic piece of BB footage – Charley’s drivelling commentary continued while the camera panned to Chanelle, smiling with her mouth yet with an utter look of death in her eyes. Pure class! I don’t know why she’s even worried about competition from Charley though - Ziggy has already announced he fancies Chanelle.
