It can get a little tiresome listening to Nicky rant all day about the lack of food in the Big Brother house. So, when a bit of humour comes your way, it's a great relief.

If you ever watch E4, you'll no doubt be familiar with the program ads. Like most channels, clips of the show are shown with a descriptive voiceover placed over the top, but E4's voiceover chap is special to say the least:

For much of the hour, the housemates lounged about waiting for Big Brother to announce the result of the task. Carole, who is looking a bit like Scary Mary from the Phones4U adverts lately, suggested that maybe the task was a ploy to get everyone out of the house for a few hours while Big Brother made some changes.

It was laughed off, but I reckon she has a good point. Remember we haven't seen much of the house yet, apart from the room that Ziggy used during his dating task.

After a dip in sound, housemates suddenly jumped up and arranged themselves on one of the benches in the garden ready for Big Brother to announce the result of the task.

FAILURE.

Basic shopping budget for all I'm afraid. The target set by Big Brother was a gettable 4 hours and 20 minutes. "Who's having a laugh with that one?" squeals Shabnam.
