Ziggy and Jonathan are attempting some sort of makeshift bleep test, while chatting about the other women in the house and their lives.

"I've got a 40 year old fiancé who looks 28," said a proud Jonathan as he panted along the test run.

The housemates are still feeling the effects of the insomnia task. Gerry asked Liam how he was feeling.

"Aye I'm feeling refreshed after me sleep man," he said. Carole was sure that giving in was the right decision, saying "we'd have spent the last few hours running around waking everyone up".

Charley has been talking to Nicky. "It really hit me last night. I'm not bein' funny yeah, but you lot were all sleeping, and I missed my Mum. I want to go," she said. "You got people sitting their pretending their friends and they're not, I'm jus' bein' honest yeah?"

Frolics are in store for tonight -- it's the twins' birthday. Awesome.
