The housemates have been awoken -- forced out of bed by the ever-powerful Big Brother.

No mention of the nominations yet. It's only a matter of time before Charley tells Shabnam that she's safe because of being entertaining and interesting. If Shabnam does go, it'll be because Big Brother edited the footage badly, no doubt.

Chanelle and Ziggy caught a few morning rays in the garden, having a little kiss behind the clever disguise of Ziggy's hat. I'm still not sure about Ziggy and Chanelle, although our daily poll yesterday suggested that the majority of you guys think they might be genuine... at least for a little while.

But if those psychologists on Big Brother have taught me anything, it's that body language means everything. Earlier, Ziggy was laid out, legs wide, arms wide, screaming for affection. In contrast, Chanelle was tucked up, legs crossed and arms by her side. If there is a kiss, it's always initiated by Ziggy. I don't buy it.

Seány has had a little scrub-a-dub in the living room bath. My brother is convinced that Seány is Mick Hucknall's long lost brother. Or maybe even Mick himself. Have you ever seen them both in the same room? Have you? Point made.

Charley groomed her size-zero self in the mirror for a good twenty minutes. Will Shabnam's imminent departure cause Charley to change her ways? I don't think so, but she'll either remain an outcast -- which will be funny -- or try to integrate with the 'cool' crew -- which will be funny as well.

Gerry and Nicky had a chat about morals and remaining faithful. This might hit a little close to home for Nicky -- her hatred of men surely stems from some sort immorality on a fellas part. I've decided I like Nicky. Once they win a luxury food budget, and she has the chance to stop worrying about the grub, then her popularity will increase.
